Ranker Reach (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a digital marketing agency founded by Ali Awais Raza, operating at rankerreach.com. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. This policy covers our website, our contact channels and our free Pinterest Keyword Finder browser extension. 2. Information we collect

• Enquiry information: when you contact us through the form, WhatsApp or email, we receive your name, email address, phone number (on WhatsApp), website address and the content of your message.
• Client information: if you become a client, we process the website, analytics and advertising access you choose to share with us, plus billing details needed to invoice you.
• Extension information (local-first): the Pinterest Keyword Finder stores your keywords, projects, history and settings locally in your own browser. This data is not uploaded to us and is deleted when you clear it or remove the extension.
• Keyword check requests: when you check search volumes in the extension, the keyword text (not your identity) is sent to our server, which queries our data provider and returns public estimates. Checked keywords may be cached on our server for up to 30 days so repeat checks are instant and free.
• Technical information: standard server logs — IP address, browser type, timestamps and pages requested — used for security, rate limiting and abuse prevention.

3. Why we use it (purposes & legal bases)

• To reply to you and prepare your free audit — based on your request and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
• To deliver services you have ordered — necessary for our contract with you.
• To operate the extension and return keyword metrics — necessary to provide the feature you used.
• To keep our services secure and prevent abuse — our legitimate interest.
• Legal obligations — where the law requires us to keep records.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use client data for unrelated marketing, and we do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Who we share it with

Only the processors needed to run our services: our keyword data provider (DataForSEO) receives keyword text for volume checks; the messaging or email platform you contact us through carries your message; our hosting provider stores server logs. Each receives only what it needs. We may also disclose information when required by law.

5. International transfers

We work with clients and providers in several countries, so information may be processed outside your own country. Where that happens, we rely on the provider’s standard safeguards and only transfer what the task requires.

6. How long we keep it

• Enquiry messages: kept while our conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for records.
• Client project data: kept for the duration of the engagement and as needed for legal and accounting records.
• Cached keyword results on our server: up to 30 days.
• Extension data on your device: until you clear it or uninstall the extension — this is entirely under your control.

7. Cookies & analytics

This website may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand page visits in aggregate (for example, which pages are popular). The Pinterest Keyword Finder extension does not track your browsing history; it only reads Pinterest search suggestions visible on pages where you open it.

8. Security

We use reputable hosting, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls, and we limit access to personal information to the people who need it for the work. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

9. Your rights
